“Since childhood, I followed the Armenian national traditions. For me, Armenian music is the music of my soul, gentle touch to the culture and traditions of my people. I really want to convey to the listener, even a small, but still such a significant part of Armenian music and culture. I want to reveal the multifaceted culture of my people, which is closely connected with all world cultures, including Ukrainian, so I look forward to the upcoming concert! ”, shared Marietta Arushanyan.
Marietta Arushanyan is a Ukrainian singer of Armenian descent. Marietta actively performs at jazz festivals, and in 2017 she took 1st place in the Jazz-kolo project. 2 years ago, the singer began to collaborate with the musical group ‘Crocodile Project’.
On the 31st of August, the musicians will present the Armenian Jazz set, consisting of Marietta’s original songs in the ethno-jazz style, as well as instrumental funk and fusion compositions by Arthur Reshetov, the leader of the Crocodile Project.
