On July 5, as part of a series of evenings “Jazz Apartment House” will perform KK4tet with a special program “Contemporary post-bop jazz”.

“Every concert for us is a unique journey in which you never know what will happen to you. As musicians, we all grew up in the jazz tradition, but we always like to experiment and find new approaches to improvisation. We invite you to join us and experience this moment together! ”Says the band’s frontwoman Kristina Kirik.
KK4tet is a jazz band in the style of contemporary post-bop, created by Christina Kirik in 2020. The quintet includes experienced musicians known for their collaboration with Ukrainian and international artists and bands.
Christina Kirik is a double bass player and composer, the founder of the creative association Uncovered, which promotes the Ukrainian independent scene.
