By completing the ticket return form, the User is required to provide accurate information and is responsible for the correctness of the data provided.  

Refunds for tickets paid by card will be made exclusively to the card used for the payment. The refund period is from one week to one month. The organizers are not responsible for delays on the part of the User’s bank.  

To return tickets purchased at the box office in club, please contact the cashier with your tickets and an identification document.  

Tickets purchased from ticket operators are returned according to the ticket operator’s regulations.

Please note: Ticket returns are only possible 48 hours before the event.
